This is a touchy subject for me, but still.
Just one of the thoughts
Running through that mind
No one knowing the real truth
But it always being there
Suicide affects me everyday
It decides what I should do
It tells me who I should be with
The suicide cuts at me
My mind getting weaker
I can't hold on any longer
All I know,
I'm not letting it get to me
No one seeing the true pain I go through
If you just look
Maybe you will see the truth
It's just one of my thoughts
They are powerful
But to me,
They are my life
Can anyone help me when I'm this far out?

Great, I like it. You def. catched my attention. Yes is true and sometimes people are looking, but they aren't really seeying.

Im quite fond of poetry like this - rythmical but without the constraints of rhyme and beat. Im in love!

chea. what james said- nice poem, its a little catchy,nice dark,tone to it. i like it. you wraped it up in the end and put a little brightness to it so people wouldnt get scared. i really,really like it.

i liked it too. i've had 2 suicidal scares, with 2 diff. friends. it was really scary. one of them was telling me what kind of casket she was going to get, and what time, and weapon...i freaked. me and my other friend (not either of the 2 above) were crying in our gym bathroom for like the whole hour.
Anyway, enuf about me. That poem was really good! It was so....real.

i have had so many thoughts, especially this school year. i'm not planning on it anymore, i just needed to get my emotions out, and everyone on here seems to know a little about it. so its nice, i mean i have friends who know. but they also know that i wouldn't do it. i've got a life to live, people to met, and i have to get my poetry out a little more then this site!

my friend scared us so bad the way she was talking about it. she was all pumped cuz she get to meet God and stuff. but, now she took counsiling and she's all better. scary times....
stay strong and know that you've always got friends who love you, and would prolly die to save you.
